Conduct recipe
Fill the shaker up to 1 / 4 of its height with ice. Add the cognac, cream and cocoa cream. Close the shaker, shake it vigorously to rest a second, return to shake it, but slowly. Serve immediately. The American version replaces this cocktail with cognac gin.
