Cooking Recipe Béchamel

Ingredients
A tablespoon of flour, two tablespoons of butter, a glass of milk.




Conduct recipe

Put a pot on the fire with flour and butter, turning quickly with a spoon so as to combine the two ingredients, combine salt and little by little butter, stirring to form a creamy liquid with no lumps. Continue to stir until the cream is thicken. A fire shut down to add a little grated parmesan.

NB The sauce can be enriched with more Parmesan or other cheese pleasure to season the pasta and other recipes.
