Take slices of sea bass or sea bream, but it is all very well to another type of fish (about two slices per person), lying in a pan in which you have already put a bit of olive oil, rosemary, cloves of garlic, a piece onion, a bay leaf and sage. Pour over the fish a thread of olive oil and salt. Bake for 10 minutes.
