In a bowl Beat the egg yolk with the sugar, incorporate the flour and mix so as not to form lumps. Apart from boiling milk then pour it sull'uovo without stopping and mix with vanilla scent. Cook with the cream for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring continuously. For the first hints of boiling levarla from heat, add the bananas, peeled and cut, to make it cool. Serve dusted cocoa.
