Cooking Recipe California beef

Ingredients (per 4 person)
Codon 300g of beef, 25g butter, 40g of onion, 1DL cream, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2,5 dl of broth, salt and pepper.




Conduct recipe

Do brown the meat and brine pepata in butter, add sliced onions and let brown. Combine the vinegar and make it evaporate, add broth and cook in oven at 180 degrees for two hours and thirty minutes. After that add the cream and cook it for another thirty minutes or so. Then cut the meat into slices and cover with the bottom of the cooking water.
