Ingredients
250g of flour, 1,5 dl water, 10g of fresh yeast (1 / 2 cube) and salt.

Conduct recipe

Break down the yeast in a container and mix it with 1.5 dl of warm water. Combine a teaspoon of salt until smooth and a little 'flour slowly. Stir with a fork the flour thickening. Continue the work with a fork until you can move it. When the dough becomes too thick to work it with your hands, combining as other flour (about 10 minutes so as to make it more elastic and not sticky). Then let the dough rest covered for about 2 hours (in a warm place) away from drafts. Knead the dough again and get a spheroidal shape. Place on a baking dish and cover with a napkin. Let rise for 40 minutes (eg in a cupboard). Put the hours in the freezing cold oven and start it at 220 degrees. Cook for 15-20 minutes until bread is golden. Lowering the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for additional 15-20 minutes. Finally, when the bread seems cooked, beat with the knuckles on the bottom if the noise is "dry" to cool the bread on a grill.
