Cooking Recipe Carpaccio with rocket

Ingredients (per 4 person)
280g fillet of beef, oil, salt, lemon, parmesan and arugula.




Conduct recipe

Arrange the slices of meat on a plate, cover with salt and lemon juice for about twenty minutes. Take particular lemon and seasoned the meat with oil and guarnitela with grated parmesan cheese and arugula.
