Mix flour, starch, cocoa, sugar and yeast. In the middle put the egg, butter, vanilla, salt and milk. Mix the ingredients, to form a stick and wrap in foil, keep in fridge for half an hour then stretch the dough into a sheet of 5 mm and the wheel of the squares that get put on the plate of the oven lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. If you prefer, you can also add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
