Cooking Recipe Salame di cioccolato

Ingredients (per 6 person)
1 package of dry biscuits, 3 eggs, 200g sugar, 100g butter, 100g of bitter cocoa powder.




Conduct recipe

To dissolve (without frying) butter in a frying pan resting on another full of hot water (a water bath) and meanwhile chop the biscuits into very small pieces, with a wooden spoon beat eggs and sugar in a bowl large enough and, stirring, add little by little cocoa. At this point, add the melted butter and then the crumbled biscuits, then mix everything well. Pour the result on a sheet of paper (or foil), wrap, give it the form of sausage and then remove the sausage in the freezer for several hours. By using a wafer as is done with the salami.
