Conduct recipe
Fill the shaker up to 1 / 4 of its height with ice. Pour the lemon juice and rum, add the syrup. Close the shaker, shake vigorously, let it rest a second, return to shake, but more slowly. Serve immediately in glasses garnished with a lemon scorzetta.
