Ingredients (per 4 / 5 person)
Fresh tuna (sliced fairly regular about 1cm high), pomidorini Pachino, capers, a pleasure, balsamic vinegar.




Conduct recipe

Grill the slices (after having first passed in extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper), cut a "rail" substantial, so that no disfino. Next, warm season, with oil, the pomidorini (cut in half) and capers. The dish can be served either warm or cold.
