Cooking Recipe Gin fizz

Ingredients (per 2 person)
2 cups cocktail of dry gin, juice of one lemon, 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup (or a teaspoon of sugar), soda and frozen ice cubes.




Conduct recipe

Fill the shaker halfway up with ice cubes, pour the lemon juice, egg white and half a glass of dry gin. Close the shaker shake vigorously, add now, the rest of the dry gin, close the shaker and shake again. Let stand one or two seconds, return to stir slowly. Pour into medium and Tumblers complete with soda, serve immediately.
