Cooking Recipe Jam tart

Ingredients
300g of flour, 3 eggs, 150g sugar, 150g butter, 1 grated lemon rind and marmalade.




Conduct recipe

Mix in this sequence the main ingredients: flour, sugar, 3 egg yolks, half egg, butter (forcibly dissolved at room temperature), the grated rind of lemon. Then knead for a time equal to 10 minutes. Then to rest in the refrigerator the mixture for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into two pieces (of different size) and draw the largest in a baking dish of medium size already butter and floured. With the remainder to get the dough strips to be applied over the tart after having smeared the jam. We try to play a grid. Place the tart in the oven at 180 degrees for a period of 40 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
