Cooking Recipe Roulades meat

Ingredients (per 3 person)
4 slices of breast of veal, 4 slices of ham or bacon, 8 pitted olives, olive oil, butter, rosemary, garlic and flour.




Conduct recipe

On each slice of meat to put the slice of ham, two olives appear and the rolling of the rolls to be fixed at the ends with two toothpicks.
Put a pan on the fire with a little butter, a little oil, a clove of garlic, rosemary, add rolls past in a little flour, salarli, put a ground pepper and brown them for a few minutes, then with a bagnarli po 'di marsala and when it dried lower the flame and continue cooking for another few minutes, adding hot water or broth. Serve with the sauce cooking.
