Cooking Recipe Mozzarella stuffed

Ingredients (per 4 person)
1 buffalo mozzarella (not too small), 2 ripe and firm tomatoes, chives, 1 bowl of flakes of milk, 1 tablespoon capers, 1 bunch of basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper in grains.




Conduct recipe

Divide in half the mozzarella and digging into the flesh with a spoon. Chop. Cut a tomato into 4 and remove the seeds. Chop. In a bowl to collect the pulp mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, capers, flakes of milk, plenty of basil and some chopped chives wire. Season with oil, salt and pepper. Mix completeness. Fill them with the shells mozzarella previously obtained and to keep them cold for about half an hour. Serve the tomatoes into wedges and spread the mozzarella. Place then on lettuce leaves.
