Cooking Recipe Crostini with mushrooms and béchamel

Ingredients
4 slices of bread, 500 grams of mushrooms, 2.5 dl of sauce, 3 tablespoons of lemon, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper.




Conduct recipe

Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove all waste earth, sliced vertically, stem and chapel together. Heat a thin layer of oil in a frying pan and add the mushrooms. A lively flame, allow to dry the natural liquid emitted during cooking: It takes about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, stir and remove from heat. Enrich the sauce with the yolks of the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toast the slices of bread and garnish with a layer of sauce and a mushroom. Sprinkle with oregano before serving in the table.
