Cooking Recipe Panna cotta with mint sauce with chocolate

Ingredients
250g of cooking cream, 80g of sugar, mint syrup is necessary, 300cl of milk and dark chocolate.




Conduct recipe

Put in a pot the cream, milk and sugar and bring to heat without boiling. Add a tablespoon of mint syrup. Pour into shapes and let cool in refrigerator for several hours. Water bath to dissolve the chocolate bar, with a little milk. Serve the panna cotta sformato with a saucer over the chocolate and mint syrup.
