Cooking Recipe Pink sauce / cocktail

Ingredients
2 tablespoons tomato / ketchup, 1-2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce, 1-2 tablespoons of brandy, whipped cream 2DL not sweetened, salt, filtered lemon juice, oil, groundnut seeds, 2 eggs, an electrical ground pepper fresh mayonnaise and 4DL.




Conduct recipe

Prepare the mayonnaise by placing in the mixer 2 whole eggs, a pinch of salt abundant, the filtered juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of salt and two peppers. Whisk the mixture to increase the volume of the eggs and add, first slowly and then with increasing speed, the oil (the amount of oil must be related to the density of the sauce). Pour the tomato / ketchup in a bowl and a tablespoon of Worcester sauce. Then add brandy, salt, pepper and mix well. Then slowly add the mayonnaise, stirring calmly. Place the whipped cream. Sampling and correct the seasoning as adding a second taste of small doses of either ingredient. Apply on cocktail shrimps, prawns, boiled eggs or boiled fish alongside.
