Cooking Recipe Work with hard-boiled eggs

Ingredients (per 2 person)
4 slices of veal, 4 hard-boiled eggs shelled and 4 slices of ham or cooked.




Conduct recipe

Cover the slices of meat with ham in the center of each place the egg. Form a roulade, stopping with one or more toothpicks. Have them in brown butter with a sprig of rosemary and a clove of garlic, salt. Pour un po 'di vino bianco, after which will be evaporated add broth or hot water.
