Cooking Recipe Russian Salad

Ingredients (per 4 person)
Salt, vinegar, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of peas, 2 carrots and 1 potato.




Conduct recipe

Dice the carrots and potatoes, boil them in salt water and acid with two tablespoons of vinegar. Dip the carrots first, after 5 minutes the potatoes after 5 minutes peas, continue cooking for about 15-20 minutes. Try to make sure vegetables are cooked before you drain. Strain and let cool in colander. When the vegetables have cooled put them in a bowl combine the mayonnaise and a spoonful until you get a salad soft. Serve with olives.
