Cooking Recipe Sail with ricotta and zucchini

Ingredients
500g small zucchini, 500g ricotta, 2 tablespoons minced basil, 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 10 sheets of fresh pasta, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.




Conduct recipe

Peel and wash the zucchini, and cook by steaming per5 minutes and chop them in pieces not too small. Assemble the eggs with the parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add the zucchini, ricotta, basil, and a lot 'of salt and pepper. In a baking dish 24 cm in diameter have about 5 sheets of pastry on the bottom that is on the walls, one by one brush with oil and let them escape from the edge. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and level the surface. Close everything with another 5 sheets of pastry lightly anointed with oil and fold the edges towards the interior.

Put the pan in the oven pre-heated to 170 degrees and cook for about an hour, until surface is golden claw. Leave the few minutes, then cut into triangles (or sails) and serve the dish hot-warm.
