Cooking Recipe Schiacciatina

Ingredients (per 4 person)
400g of pasta per pizza, 4 onions, 10 sage leaves, 1 wire extra virgin olive oil and salt.




Conduct recipe

Have a plan and work the flour over the dough for the pizza: spread the batter and place in a mandatory non-stick pot. Intanto Peel onions, wash them with water and slice very thin sheets aa. Wash and dry then the leaves of sage and distribute the dough for pizza. Sprinkle the salt, add a trickle of extra virgin olive oil and cook it in the oven (previously heated) for a time equal to 20 minutes at 250 degrees. Churning and wait almost a minute before serving.
