Cooking Recipe Short pastry

Ingredients (per 3 person)
200g flour, 140g butter, 80g sugar and 2 egg yolks.




Conduct recipe

Put in a bowl the butter, which have previously left outside the refrigerator so as to make it soft, sugar and mix with a sbattitore, combine egg yolks and continue the operation. Combine the flour and knead with your fingertips very quickly without crushing the mixture, this can be done even helping with a little sharp knife. Tart

Take the short pastry prepared using the recipe above, dusted with flour and spread the batter with the rolling pin or your hands on the baking paper. Put in a baking dish in oven at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and pour the jam softened with a spoonful of water. Replace quickly in the oven and continue baking for about half an hour.

Biscuits 1
