Cooking Recipe Salad with shrimp

Ingredients
200g of corn, shrimp 300g, 80g dif ontina, 100g green beans, salt, extra virgin olive oil, 100g of peas, 1 head of lettuce and 2 lemons.




Conduct recipe

Boiled in salted water the peas and beans, cut into pieces for 10 minutes. Cut into cubes the fontina. Boiled in water for the shrimp peeled and 5 minutes to cool. Wash and thoroughly dry the lettuce leaves, dabbing with absorbent kitchen paper gently. Wash and cut into slices a lemon. Arrange on serving dish the lemon slices and lettuce leaves, lie down on the vegetables (corn, beans and peas), the shrimp and fontina. Season with the remaining lemon juice, oil and salt, mix well and bring flavor for a few minutes, then serve.
