Cooking Recipe Spaghetti bottarga

Ingredients (per 4 person)
Spaghetti, 80g of mullet roe, 0liva of oil, a clove of garlic and a tuft of parsley.




Conduct recipe

Grate the bottarga and let marinate in half a glass of low oil with garlic (in the shirt, if you prefer) and plenty of chopped parsley. Cook the spaghetti, and when al dente, manteca pasta with the sauce of bottarga. Time: preparation faster, more advanced maceration. Wine: Vigna di Gabri (Ansonica grapes).
