Cooking Recipe Spaghetti alla carbonara

Ingredients
150g of bacon pork / bacon, 1 tablespoon of lard / oil, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 600g of spaghetti, salt, 5 eggs, cream, 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, 4 cucchia of pecorino cheese and pepper.




Conduct recipe

Prepare lightly with the pillow / bacon, finely cut in oil with garlic and slow fire. Once the garlic appears to remove color. Bake as usual in salted water for spaghetti, meanwhile, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, Parmesan, pecorino, a ground pepper and optionally cream. As soon as the spaghetti is ready season quickly adding pillow / hot bacon.
