Cooking Recipe Spinach fritters

Ingredients (per 4 person)
1kg spinach, 60g butter, 1 / 2 liters of milk, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 eggs, 30g of parmesan cheese, nutmeg and salt.




Conduct recipe

Melt butter, flour, milk, salt and stir with a wooden spoon to avoid the formation of lumps. Then add a dash of nutmeg and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated.
