Put in a dish a whole egg and a pinch of salt and sbattilo with a fork, put in a plate of breadcrumbs. Skip nell'uovo the slices and then into bread. Friggi in a large frying pan a little olive oil, a bit of butter and rosemary, now put the slices panate up to brown the bread on both sides. You can serve with a slice of lemon.
