Conduct recipe
Peel and cut apples into slices. Bake in a pan with a little water, a tablespoon of sugar and a piece of lemon peel. Roll out the pastry and spread with jam. Arrange the cooked apples, the pine nuts, the raisins in the middle of it. Cover with the edge of the pastry, leaving the center free. Bake at 180 degrees around until strudel is golden.
