Cooking Recipe Stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients
4 tomatoes, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 hard boiled eggs, tuna 50g (a small box), capers, black olives, anchovy paste and the basil.




Conduct recipe

Remove tomatoes with a cap, empty, and salarli countdown for quarter of an hour. Steam cook potatoes, carrots and onions, cooked to let the vegetables cool, then cut into cubes, mix in a bowl with the eggs cut into quarters, tuna, capers, olives, basil leaves and pasta anchovies. Hours to fill the tomatoes with the salad you've prepared and cover each with a cap that was previously cut.
