Cooking Recipe Tarama (with tuna roe)

Ingredients (per 2 person)
Bottarga 250g of tuna, 2 slices of bread, 1 egg yolk, 1 cup of olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, 2 cups of milk, salt and pepper.




Conduct recipe

Crumble the bread into the milk and grated bottarga merge, working with the pestle with salt, pepper, egg yolk, a tablespoon of vinegar and the juice of a lemon. Little time to pay the oil flush, working on everything as to make the mayonnaise. Spread on toasted slices of bread and, in the typical Sardinian custom. Time: preparation fast. Wine: Winkl (Sauvignon grapes).
