Cooking Recipe Tomatoes provencal

Ingredients
4 or more tomatoes not too large, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, parsley, garlic, 2 shallots or onion and bread crumbs.




Conduct recipe

After washing the tomatoes cut in half according to the horizontal axis and place in a baking dish. Salt, add a little oil and pepper. Chop the parsley, garlic, shallot, oregano and thyme, and have the mixture on tomatoes. Sprinkle tomatoes with bread crumbs, put in oven at 180 for just over half an hour and serve hot.
