Here are some easy recipes to fill the vol-au-vent:
Cheese
Put each vol-au-vent two or three cubes of cheese to taste (toma, fontina or gorgonzola), add a spoonful of sauce. Go into the oven and serve hot.
Asparagus
Cut the asparagus tips to "pieces". Put on the fire a small non-stick frying pan with a piece of onion, a little oil and very little butter. Pour asparagus, salarli, let them fry for a few minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon, then continue cooking by covering with a lid and possibly adding very little water. Put each vol-au-vent a spoonful of asparagus and add a spoonful of sauce. Go into the oven and serve hot.
