Cooking Recipe Zabaione

Ingredients (per 3 person)
3 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of cooking sugar and 3 tablespoons of cooking white wine or Marsala choice.




Conduct recipe

Using the sbattitore in a small pan mix the yolks with the sugar, then add the wine continuing to mix. Cook it over low heat until the mixture is not thickened. Serve hot or cold as desired.
