Cooking Recipe Courgettes with amaretti

Ingredients
A few small zucchini (about one or two each), 1 glass of milk, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, some amaretto, onion and grated parmesan.




Conduct recipe

After Peel the zucchini, sbollentatele for a few minutes in a pressure cooker. Pulled out, cut in half toward the longitudinal and svuotatele seeds and the flesh to put that in a sauté pan with a slice of onion, a little butter and oil. After preparing the sauce (see the first), the lightly built and crushed amaretti. Stir until mix and fill half the zucchini with the sauce obtained. Sprinkle over the grated Parmesan and put in the oven until they brown. Serve hot.
